Shipping Area and Cost
B-Maxx Rosaura’s Bridal & Quinceanera ships only within the United States. Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
Order Cutoff and Processing
Our order cutoff is 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter processing that day; orders placed at or after the cutoff, or on a non-business day, enter processing on the next business day. Processing takes 1–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Delivery Time and Partner
Once an order has been handed to UPS, estimated transit time is 3–5 business days. Allow approximately 4–8 business days in total for processing and transit. These are estimates; weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, and delivery location may affect the actual arrival date.
Please check your shipping address at checkout and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel before your order ships, contact us immediately with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method without an additional handling fee. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; please follow our returns and refunds process instead.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use it on the UPS tracking page to check your shipment’s status. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us with your order number and email address.
